Description

• Generate Sales: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets for trade show exhibit products and services. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements. • Negotiation and Closing: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams. • Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Accurately maintain sales records, activity reports, and customer information using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the trade show exhibit industry • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets • Excellent presentation and demonstration abilities • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team • Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required
