As a Customer Success Manager, you will assist our customers in evolving their organizations through the adoption of Sparkrock’s product. The Customer Success Manager helps to shape the future of business for our existing customers by growing their User, Technical, and Business Success. β€’ If you are highly motivated and love building and growing, this is the place for you!

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS required β€’ 2+ years of experience working in Customer Success as a CSM or similar, or 2-5 years of experience working in Non For Profit or Educational organization in an ERP-related role. β€’ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization β€’ Extensive experience with ERP and/or CRM software and MS Office β€’ Proven ability to prioritize work β€’ Superior listening skills
