• The Senior Growth & Transformation Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through the launch, sales, and delivery of Verus Global solutions. • This role focuses on building exceptional client relationships by facilitating virtual and onsite coaching sessions, delivering programs, and providing ongoing resources and guidance to ensure successful implementation. • A proven network of potential client-partners (customers) is required, alongside deep business acumen and expertise in supporting others through leadership challenges. • Deliver tailored solutions, including needs analysis, solution delivery, and follow-up communication. • Partner with internal teams across design, delivery, marketing, and sales to enhance client success and organizational impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another applicable field is required. • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in sales & account management, along with experience as a leadership development facilitator and/or corporate coaching experience strongly preferred. • 5 years of experience working and engaging with and influencing executive leaders and C-Suite teams. • Prior experience in professional services or fast-paced corporate environments. • Experience coaching diverse sets of clients in large, dynamic, and complex environments. • Flexibility for extensive travel (including overnight travel) required; ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train. Travel may be up to 60%, will fluctuate.
