Description

β€’ Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. β€’ Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team. β€’ Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on prospects and leads. β€’ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. β€’ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion. β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. β€’ Fluent in English and German; additional language skills are a plus. β€’ Ability to navigate through an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing priorities. β€’ Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
