β’ Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β’ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. β’ Fluent in English and German; additional language skills are a plus. β’ Ability to navigate through an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing priorities. β’ Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
