• Cambridge Isotope Laboratories, Inc. (CIL) is searching for a part-time Application Support Specialist. This position will have fully remote capabilities. • CIL is the global leading company in a highly technical, extremely fast-growing industry and is a critical supplier to several scientific and high technology markets. • The Application Support Specialist will support business ERP/web applications. • They will assist with implementation, upgrades, customizations and integrations. • They will use their background in ERP/web application processes to be proactive in streamlining processes and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant work experience • Minimum of 5 years' in a similar position required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP, Sana webstore application, and/or a GMP pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing industries is strongly preferred • Experience with ERP/web management and implementations in a process manufacturing environment. Must also be familiar with leading ERP/Web application projects and with project management principles • Experience with release management processes and practices, regression testing, and automated testing processes • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a high attention to detail
