β€’ Build relationships with clients β€’ Support day-to-day client needs with ticketing systems β€’ Handle inbound client emails and troubleshoot issues β€’ Monitor and flag client chargeback activity β€’ Engage with clients via email, phone, and Zoom

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years in customer facing role β€’ Minimum of 1 year of account management experience β€’ Strong understanding of technology β€’ Clear verbal and written communication skills β€’ Excellent social and interpersonal skills β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office β€’ Understanding of Ticketing or Live Event industry (bonus)
