Description
• Build relationships with clients • Support day-to-day client needs with ticketing systems • Handle inbound client emails and troubleshoot issues • Monitor and flag client chargeback activity • Engage with clients via email, phone, and Zoom
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years in customer facing role • Minimum of 1 year of account management experience • Strong understanding of technology • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Excellent social and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Understanding of Ticketing or Live Event industry (bonus)
