Description

• Analyze and optimize revenue processes as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Iterable. • Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior leaders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze revenue and sales data. • Maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading. • Create interactive reports using Power BI or Tableau. • Provide insights into revenue trends and anomalies. • Assist in developing revenue forecasting models. • Monitor key revenue performance indicators. • Support revenue operations with process improvement recommendations. • Stay updated on revenue operations best practices and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline). • Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting. • Proven experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Experience working with Salesforce for sales, SDR, and partnership data. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot data inconsistencies. • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. • Prior experience in revenue operations, SDR operations, partnerships operations, finance, marketing, or data analysis is a plus.
