Description

• We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team with administrative tasks, lead management, and customer engagement. • The ideal candidate will oversee the complete sales process for single-unit brands, manage onboarding, and maintain CRM systems while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and prospecting activities. • Handle inbound sales phone support and manage single-unit integration requests. • Manage all leads for single-unit integration requests. • Qualify and route leads appropriately. • Respond to low-value leads and flag high-value opportunities for further follow-up. • Facilitate the onboarding of new locations for existing brands. • Handle a change of ownership and other administrative functions for current brands. • Maintain and update data in HubSpot CRM. • Ensure accurate and timely input of information to streamline sales processes. • Provide support to other departments, including customer support, when requested. • Act as a liaison between sales, support, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Any bachelor's degree, with 1-3 Years of experience. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot. • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
