📋 Description
• Responsible for Enterprise clients in the DACH, Italian, and EU markets; improving revenue. • Onboarding through demos and maintaining contact for enterprise clients. • Upselling and cross-selling by proposing upgrades and subscriptions. • Proactively reaching out to clients to ensure satisfaction and support their concerns. • Advising clients on solutions and managing objections.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience as an Account representative or in a similar role. • Full professional proficiency in German and English. • Strong commercial and diplomatic skills. • Result-oriented attitude. • Experience with CRMs (such as Hubspot or Salesforce). • Any additional language (Italian, Spanish, or French, preferably). • Experience in handling enterprise clients. • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Excel. • Capability of explaining difficult subjects simply.
