β’ Minimum seven years renewals sales experience with a software company β’ Strong selling and negotiation experience β’ Strong process-oriented work style β’ Solid foundational knowledge of IT/software β’ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with C-Level contacts β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while maintaining speed of execution β’ Experience leading cross functional team efforts β’ 4 year degree in Business or equivalent experience
