Description

• Develop, analyze, and track revenue and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) • Project manage the launch of the KPI metrics (define calculations; source data; normalization) • Prepare monthly and maintain a consolidated database of revenue KPI's, including Renewal performance, ARR & Gross/Net Retention metrics • Analyze metrics at both the total corporate level and product level • Present to Leadership (EC members and Sales Leaders) on an ongoing basis • Maintain data structure in key recording and reporting systems

Requirements

• Significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles • Demonstrable familiarity with revenue KPI’s and a documented history of working with them in prior assignments • MBA or equivalent either already obtained or substantially completed • Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large data sets and provide meaningful insights in a summary manner • History of successfully leading a project to completion • Familiarity with NetSuite (including EBPCS and NSAW modules) and Salesforce a plus • Ability to work independently to a regular monthly deadline • Presentations skills (both written/data visualization and live presentations)
