📋 Description

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the defense and aerospace markets. • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic growth plans that align with the company’s objectives. • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for growth. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including defense contractors and government agencies. • Work closely with engineering, product development, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met. • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving new revenue streams. • Represent Jabil at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship is required. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required. • 5+ years in a business development, program management, government acquisition, and/or technical program leadership role for aerospace and/or defense products is required. • Strong personal networking skills with exposure to executive and leadership levels in Aerospace and Defense companies and/or the Department of Defense. • Proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel 30%+ as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. • Team-player personality is required. • Self-starter that operates with a minimum level of oversight. • Military service is appreciated, and veterans are encouraged to apply. • Active security clearance preferred.
