You have excellent time management skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize your work. • You are naturally curious and love conversing with customers to learn about their needs and priorities, leading to identifying and creating cross- and upsell opportunities within your existing customer base, as well as high customer retention and satisfaction numbers.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience (Required) • Professional working proficiency in English and German (Required). • Excellent communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills (Required) • Experience in software sales within high-growth technology companies (Preferred) • General experience selling in both direct and indirect (channel) models (Preferred). • General experience navigating and negotiating contracts (Preferred).
