Description

• Support Sourcing for Integrated Lab Management. • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, capacity, and cost-effectiveness. • Responsible for category strategy development, execution, and category performance. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers. • Oversee the procurement process from purchase requisition to delivery. • Develop and implement pricing strategies for products and services. • Maintain accurate records of sourcing, procurement, and pricing activities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) are a plus. • 7-10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and/or pricing. • Experience working within Life Sciences preferred. • Experience sourcing and partnering with suppliers for metrology and lab instrumentation. • Demonstrated track record of successful negotiations and cost savings. • Experience with contract management and supplier relationship management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in procurement/ERP systems. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
