📋 Description
• Lead a diverse remote/virtual team • Liaise with the Project Management Platform on account • Maintain strong working relationships with key clients • Manage team of 3-5 employees • Ensure compliance with HR policies and talent practices
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in construction management, architectural / engineering / interior design. • 5-7 years of documented, progressive experience in project management with knowledge around property and transaction management. • Extensive experience in a corporate client-focused, results/metrics-driven organization. • Must have experience leading high-performing teams both in local offices and remote locations. • Professional designations such as LEED and PMP preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills via 1:1 and group interactions/routines, PowerPoint presentations and email.
