β€’ Achieve sales and profit targets for Non-Commercial Foodservice Management customers β€’ Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers β€’ Focus extensively on business development for profitable growth β€’ Create tailored business development plans for each customer β€’ Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within key customers β€’ Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in brand and category sales β€’ Coordinate with Field Sales management for guidance and training β€’ Conduct thorough analyses of the business landscape β€’ Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing and finance β€’ Lead key business planning events to drive growth β€’ Drive business planning and activation process with cross-functional partners

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ 5+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Foodservice Sales β€’ Compass sector experience β€’ Experience calling on foodservice operators (healthcare/C&U/B&I, multi-unit chains) β€’ Prior experience working with Food Service Management (contracts/bids) β€’ Individual documented successes in foodservice sales (healthcare, C&U, B&I) β€’ Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive business results β€’ Previous experience with the Joint Business Planning process β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills β€’ Demonstrated understanding of customer strategies β€’ Resides 1 hour from a major airport.
