📋 Description
• The Position: • We are looking for a People Associate to work remotely for our People and Culture team to support a range of HR issues such as employee relations, performance management, resource planning and talent management.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a mid level HR role, ideally within a start-up or in a role covering a large spectrum of HR missions. • Experience in advising on ER matters, recruitment and onboarding. • Track record of independently managing an employee relations case load and being a key decision maker in those processes. • Strong knowledge of Data Protection / GDPR. • Experience of working in a fast paced and demanding environment. • A strong communicator verbally and written is essential. • Attention to detail. • Confidence in building relationships at all levels. • Good analytical and systems skills • CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience • Experience in Warehousing is highly desirable • Customer focused approach
