No more guesswork, application black holes, or recruiter ghosting in your job search. β€’ For one of our clients, we are looking for an Account Executive, remotely from Texas, United States. β€’ As an Account Executive, your primary role will be to drive business growth by expanding accounts within your designated payer vertical. β€’ You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, managing all aspects of client engagement, and identifying opportunities for sales growth within existing accounts. β€’ You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute initiatives that introduce new products and services to the customer base, while ensuring client satisfaction and retention. β€’ Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and growth. β€’ Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, enhancing the company’s footprint within your designated vertical. β€’ Lead client meetings, ensuring alignment on goals, agenda development, and follow-through on deliverables. β€’ Work closely with the General Manager and Product Team to strategize and launch new offerings for existing clients. β€’ Provide support to the team of Account Managers, delegating tasks, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. β€’ Analyze emerging trends and provide insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise-level Sales, or Customer Success. β€’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Experience managing multiple platforms and adapting to new technology solutions quickly. β€’ Ability to manage complex projects with excellent attention to detail. β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred, with industry experience in Medicare Advantage or Long-Term Care Insurance a plus. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple client needs and expectations.
