• Extensive experience as a full-cycle recruiter/talent acquisition specialist. • International recruitment experience ideally gained in a recruitment agency or RPO • Experience with conducting interviews of both technical and non-technical roles. • Demonstrable experience of delighting clients through exceptional service. • Experience with any ATS and candidate database. • Someone proactive, with great communication skills and an outgoing personality. • Someone with an analytical mindset: you are not afraid of reading through clients' requests and digging into candidates' profiles, analysing and comparing thoroughly. • Someone with an improvement-focused mindset, taking initiative and making things better — focusing on the solution, not the problem. • Someone who wants to take ownership, with a ‘make-it-happen’ attitude. • Someone with a high sense of urgency, who will be happy to take on the challenge of meeting our most important recruiter KPIs: the quality of candidates, the quantity of candidates and speed of hire. • Someone client-focused: they really understand they work for the client when sourcing/screening for a role.
