• Build relationships with Livestorm's customers ensuring revenue growth and customer retention • Work closely with CSM Team to manage your customer portfolio • Nurture and expand existing accounts • Develop strategic territory plans for upsell and expansion • Meet core KPI's around pipeline coverage progression • Develop and use Partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth • Meet and exceed quota

• Experience in Account Management / Customer Success and Sales • High-performance mentality and consistency in over achievement • Fluency in French and English • Proven track record engaging in value-based customer-centric conversations • Ability to demonstrate strong aptitude for both selling and building lasting relationships • Strong business acumen and comfort with presenting to senior-level executives • Technologically savvy and ability to learn new technology fast • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills • Self-motivation, Hustle, a Strong work ethic, and Ownership
