β€’ Responsible for supporting the Director of Enrollment in directing daily operations. β€’ Leads a team of Enrollment Advisors. β€’ Develops training programs to improve skills. β€’ Ensures team application conversion targets are achieved. β€’ Tracks and monitors schedules and attendance.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree required. β€’ Five (5) years Enrollment, Admissions, or Sales/Operations experience. β€’ Three (3) years leadership experience preferred. β€’ Experience in higher education preferred. β€’ Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.
