Description
• Responsible for supporting the Director of Enrollment in directing daily operations. • Leads a team of Enrollment Advisors. • Develops training programs to improve skills. • Ensures team application conversion targets are achieved. • Tracks and monitors schedules and attendance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required. • Five (5) years Enrollment, Admissions, or Sales/Operations experience. • Three (3) years leadership experience preferred. • Experience in higher education preferred. • Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.
