•This individual is a highly skilled and motivated professional with the ability to manage all aspects of the Blue Mantis Networking Practice. As the Sr. Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of technology services professionals, driving positive client outcomes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions for our clients.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related field with 10 to 15 years of experience •Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively lead a network practice and motivate and enable an engineering team •Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across other functional business teams •Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and influence stakeholders at all levels with our organization and with clients alike •Experience working with leading OEMs and ISVs Designing and architecting Modern Secure Network, SD-WAN and wireless solutions leveraging, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Cisco Meraki Broadcom (VMware), Fortinet, Barracuda, Palo Alto, Juniper, Microsoft, AWS, Ekahau and others •Current technical certifications from the above OEMs would be a huge plus •Experience managing a professional services engineering team •Experienced with Managed Services and associated technologies is a huge plus as well & Full understanding of the Security Landscape.

•This role can be performed remotely or from any company office location. •Role requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer. Requires the ability to frequently interact with candidates and employees on the phone and through video conferencing. •May occasionally require unusual hours to speak with candidates at times they are available •Travel to client and partner meetings as appropriate (frequency TBD)
