📋 Description
• The Associate Director of Enrollment Performance Excellence is dedicated to enhancing leadership and enrollment skills. • Collaborating with the Qualtrics team, we analyze performance data to produce insightful reports that inform strategic decisions. • This role ensures the alignment of coaching practices with enrollment leaders, providing consistent experience for team members, and improving student enrollment. • Additionally, we conduct training sessions to reinforce our coaching philosophy and support continuous development.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (in lieu of education, extensive relevant work experience will be considered). • 3+ years of experience in consultative or solution-based sales. • Demonstrated success in sales, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets through a consultative approach. • Experience in coaching, training, or leadership development with a strong track record in performance management. • Admissions or enrollment experience desirable • Experience in higher education is desirable • Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
