β’ This is a strategic account position responsible for growth within the assigned territory. β’ Our Territory Manager will work closely with his or her peers and will report to the Regional Sales Manager of the West Region. β’ The Territory Manager is expected to develop relationships and have credibility throughout the entire customer base. β’ The incumbent will oversee our customer relationships in terms of sales growth, profitability, customer service, issue resolution, new product introduction, and industry involvement.
β’ Required 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, fire protection (preferred), or related industry. β’ High energy, self-starter with the ability to represent our company with the utmost professionalism. β’ Political savvy across the customer organization and company. β’ Effective, strong communication with West Regional Sales Manager & internal and external business partners. β’ Strong business acumen & ability to adapt to customer needs. β’ Strong negotiating skills. β’ Must display strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. β’ Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written including proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. β’ 75% travel within assigned territory.
