📋 Description
• Account Managers (AM) are the primary business relationship managers for their assigned clients. • AMs manage all aspects of contract, program, financial, and account management for post sales stage implementation and ongoing monthly program management. • AMs are responsible for taking client requests and coordinating internal resources to respond appropriately. • Ideal candidates must be a self-starter, extremely articulate, and detail oriented. • AMs will be expected to manage multiple programs across multiple clients and prioritizing requests as they are received.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate/Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Basic budget/accounting skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail oriented and organized • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Two years or more years of experience in the one or more of the listed fields: Pharmacy – Technician, Pharmacist, or Pharmacy Management Staff Healthcare Leadership Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Pharmaceutical Patient Services Prepaid industry Financial Services
