β’ Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or technical degree with 10 years of experience in project leadership. β’ Strong knowledge of field HVAC, Fire, or Security commercial (Sales) business, selling models and tools including CRM. β’ Change management demonstrated success β’ Demonstrate the ability to influence in a global matrix organization β’ Ability to communicate effectively in a technical environment, including in front of C-level and VP-level stakeholders β’ Experience with a wide variety of structured problem-solving processes and reporting tools β’ Excellent understanding of financial concepts β’ 5 years Sales Management experience preferred β’ Experience working in distributed field-based direct sales organizations preferred
