• Manage and lead projects, programs, and/or other business initiatives to deliver growth and profitability. • Facilitate and lead programs cross-functionally with focus on program management and continuous improvement processes. • Work under minimal direction and in conjunction with leaders across all functional groups. • Lead team meetings to track progress, identify issues and develop action plans. • Operate through full implementations to avoid disruptions, including communications and tool enhancements. • Analyze data results, formulate improvement strategies, operationalize corrective action. • Manage program critical path and risks with transparency and robust mitigation plans. • Interject field and customer perspective into sales enablement initiatives. • Ensure completeness of program deliverables and maintain requisite metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or technical degree with 10 years of experience in project leadership. • Strong knowledge of field HVAC, Fire, or Security commercial (Sales) business, selling models and tools including CRM. • Change management demonstrated success • Demonstrate the ability to influence in a global matrix organization • Ability to communicate effectively in a technical environment, including in front of C-level and VP-level stakeholders • Experience with a wide variety of structured problem-solving processes and reporting tools • Excellent understanding of financial concepts • 5 years Sales Management experience preferred • Experience working in distributed field-based direct sales organizations preferred
