Description

• Promote Johnson Electric’s electro-mechanical product portfolio in the assigned territory • Manage existing sales portfolio and explore new revenue opportunities • Drive customer satisfaction and develop long-term alliances • Understand technical specifications and support customers’ growth plans • Manage budgeting, re-pricing, and forecasting

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical or similar background • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with international experience in Germany • Proven technical knowledge of electro-mechanical products (such as actuators, electric motors, switches, solenoids) • Fluent in German and English • Highly self-organized, motivated, resilient personality • Communicative and energetic team player • Ability to influence customers at a senior level • Openness to regular travelling (40-60%)
