• Hultafors Group is currently searching for an experienced Regional Marketing Specialist • Goal is to establish and grow market share for PPE supplied products • Responsible for managing the execution of sales, marketing, and operational programs for assigned accounts • Plan and implement sales strategies to drive growth in all channels of distribution within territory • Develop strategic, long-term relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels of the customers • Grow sales and expand customer base through key account conversions • Identify new product opportunities and drive growth throughout the assigned accounts • Organize end user sales calls in territory and include Product Managers • Develop forecasting and sales estimates and clearly communicate to senior leadership • Provide competitive intelligence on a regular basis • Develop and execute specific territory plans to achieve sales and profit goals • Manage the continual improvement of customer relationship while penetrating the assigned account’s organization • Prepare annual business plan for territory to support HGNA strategy • Support Customer and National Trade Show events as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance or other business or commercial discipline • Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience • Knowledge of manufacturing environment and sales organizations with multiple channels of distribution • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as required (Approximately 75%)
