β’ Responsible for contacting and calling on all existing and potential customers in the assigned geographical territory and performing related assignments for the purpose of selling and servicing our products and services. β’ Achieve a high level of sales efficiencies by continually identifying and exploiting profitable sales opportunities. β’ Optimize sales results by identifying, prioritizing, and selling products that yield the most profitability. β’ Provide monthly and annual sales forecasting for products and region of responsibility. β’ Use, manage and update all relevant information in Azelis A&ESβs CRM system. β’ Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge by reading and studying product data sheets. β’ Establish relationships with all personnel at each key account and sustain those relationships. β’ Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales. β’ Provide written technical reports of the highlights of all sales calls. β’ Participate with Vice President of Sales in developing goals and short-term targets to increase sales volume. β’ Establish and provide necessary focus target accounts for suppliers when applicable. β’ Schedule and make joint sales calls with supplier company personnel on key customers. β’ Recommend pricing levels at accounts and maintain pricing logs. β’ Plan and manage T&E expenses according to agreed upon budgets. β’ Present technical solutions to customers by utilizing labs, industry experts, and world class suppliers. β’ Provide monthly business reports and synopsis of all activity in specific market/s. β’ Develop short term and long-term strategic sales plan. β’ Attend regional and national trade shows.
β’ Bachelor's degree (chemistry, biology, entomology or technical degree preferred from an accredited four-year college/university β’ 3-5 or more years field sales experience β’ Industry experience preferred β’ Demonstrated ability to work as a team member β’ High moral and business ethics orientation
