Requirements

• 3+ years working in a customer service, operations, or tech support role, OR 3+ as a leader at a self-care business • Flexibility in extended working hours as needed • Technical expertise with Boulevard's technology platform • Curiosity in understanding the ‘why’ behind processes • Customer service-oriented with a passion for change and challenge • Ability to multitask without sacrificing quality • Attention to detail in customer interactions • Solution-based thinking to improve customer experience • High emotional intelligence for complex interactions.
