β€’ Boulevard provides a client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. β€’ Looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead Sales Development Representatives. β€’ Responsible for developing strategy for forecasting and coaching SDRs for over-performance. β€’ Focus on quality opportunities and collaboration with Account Executives. β€’ Ensure SDR team members improve through coaching and feedback.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years experience leading a sales or sales development team within a SaaS or technology space. β€’ Experience with SFDC and sales tools such as, Outreach, Gong.io and Chili Piper. β€’ Experience building enablement and onboarding plans in a successful, high-growth environment. β€’ Ambitious and motivated, ability to work independently in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. β€’ Consistent history of implementing successful programs that supplement SDRs growth and pipeline generation. β€’ Proven track record of hitting KPIs and goals. β€’ Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with sales, marketing, enablement and product marketing. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience maintaining relationships with stakeholders. β€’ (Nice to have) Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger or Force Management. β€’ (Nice to have) Experience within the beauty, aesthetics, or self-care industry.
