Description
• Act as a critical member at DeleteMe, partnering with Customer Success to improve customer journey. • Build strategic relationships and guide customers towards successful strategic outcomes. • Identify expansion opportunities and drive expansion revenue for DeleteMe. • Ensure high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and generate referrals for Sales team.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience with a demonstrated ability to generate expansion pipeline. • 3-5 years experience in Physical Security, Cyber Security, Executive Protection, Threat Intelligence, or Privacy Programs. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
