โ€ข The Opportunity: We're seeking a Sales Representative on a full-time basis to join our team in converting inbound leads into successful recruitment partnerships. We help US and Europe based companies solve their hiring challenges through our proven one-time fee recruitment solution. โ€ข Salary: $800 - $1,000 per month + uncapped commission with performance bonuses โ€ข Location: Remote โ€ข Schedule: EST Business hours (9AM - 5PM EST) โ€ข Experience: At least 3 years experience as B2B staffing/recruitment sales representative

Requirements

โ€ข Your Goal: Turn interested leads into paying clients. Each day, you'll respond to inquiries from CEOs, learn their hiring needs, explain our process, and close deals. Success means hitting monthly revenue targets through consistent deal closure. โ€ข Sales Recruiting Expert: Proven track record closing high-ticket B2B services ($5K+) Experience with recruitment/staffing sales specifically Demonstrated success in consultative selling (not transactional) Track record managing long sales cycles (30+ days) Remote work experience with proven systems for staying organized โ€ข Proficiency in Sales: Exceptional discovery call abilities (make-or-break skill) Masterful phone presence and verbal/written communication Ability to build rapport quickly on first calls Strong qualification abilities (identifying real buyers) Experience using Calendly + CRM (Notion) for pipeline management โ€ข Must-have Traits: Self-motivated (needs minimal supervision) Systematic in approach (follows and improves processes) High energy on calls (keeps prospects engaged) High emotional intelligence (reads voice tone, pacing) Cultural awareness (deals with international clients/candidates) โ€ข Not a Fit If: Only B2C or transactional sales experience No experience with services over $5K Uncomfortable on spontaneous calls Poor phone presence/energy Canโ€™t handle objections in real-time
