β€’ Build strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners to maintain long term loyalty. β€’ Operate as lead point of contact for all escalated matters specific to assigned clients. β€’ Establish sales objectives for a client while ensuring the optimal client experience and satisfaction. β€’ Manage and track project management tickets at a client level until resolution. β€’ Collaborate with team members to help create and deliver system enhancements, including assisting with regression testing. β€’ Keep up with current industry changes and the competitive landscape. β€’ Attend Loyalty Tradeshows. β€’ Maintain effective notes on client interactions to facilitate strong cross-team awareness of client interactions. β€’ Other duties as required.

Requirements

β€’ Proven account management experience managing multiple clients. β€’ Proven capability of identifying client needs and selling relevant products and services. β€’ Demonstrated ability to nurture and optimize client relationships. β€’ A knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. β€’ University degree/college diploma or equivalent experience. β€’ Strong ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
