β€’ Customer focused role managing merchant processing β€’ Ensure accurate and timely boarding of all Constellation clients β€’ Troubleshoot payment processing issues and resolve inquiries β€’ Maintain communication with clients and processes during account approval process β€’ Submit maintenance forms to modify accounts as needed β€’ Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

β€’ Excellent customer service skills β€’ Expresses a high level of energy, attention to detail, and professionalism β€’ Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly with strong communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong organization/prioritization skills and the ability to develop and manage a departmental organizational system β€’ Ability to problem solve using deductive reason skills in a timely manner β€’ Ability to succeed in a team environment β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills including punctuation, spelling, grammar and writing technique β€’ Basic skills including but not limited to addition, multiplication and division of whole numbers, decimals and fractions β€’ Desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment β€’ Must be extremely detail oriented and able to make quality decisions β€’ Moderate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and PowerPoint β€’ Basic knowledge of standard business practices
