β’ 10+ years of proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or identity verification industries. β’ Demonstrated ability to manage large enterprise accounts and close deals valued at $1M+. β’ Experience driving $20M+ in annual revenue with a track record of exceeding targets. β’ Exceptional skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and executive-level communication. β’ Expertise in sales technology and analytics, with proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce. β’ Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. β’ Familiarity with the identity verification, AML, or KYC market. β’ Established network within enterprise accounts in relevant industries. β’ Experience scaling sales organizations in high-growth, competitive environments.
