Description

β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets. β€’ Lead, mentor, and scale the sales organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives. β€’ Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise customers and key prospects. β€’ Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline management, deal structuring, and closing. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and customer engagement. β€’ Represent Jumio at industry events, strengthening brand recognition and market presence. β€’ Identify opportunities in new markets and industries, driving strategic growth initiatives. β€’ Implement and refine sales processes and tools, including effective use of CRM systems.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or identity verification industries. β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage large enterprise accounts and close deals valued at $1M+. β€’ Experience driving $20M+ in annual revenue with a track record of exceeding targets. β€’ Exceptional skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and executive-level communication. β€’ Expertise in sales technology and analytics, with proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce. β€’ Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. β€’ Familiarity with the identity verification, AML, or KYC market. β€’ Established network within enterprise accounts in relevant industries. β€’ Experience scaling sales organizations in high-growth, competitive environments.
