Description

• All roles at JumpCloud® are Remote unless otherwise specified in the Job Description • JumpCloud® delivers a unified open directory platform that makes it easy to manage identities, devices, and access across your organization • We’re looking for an MSP Sales Manager to help scale our team through our next phase of growth • You’ll build a talented team of sales professionals • Manage all day-to-day activities • Motivate the team to execute at a high level • The JumpCloud MSP team is a key area of focus for the organization and growing quickly • You’ll be expected to bring your experience and sense of urgency to drive sales execution

Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing an MSP sales team in SaaS organizations • Understanding of the MSP market and its unique benefits and challenges • Familiarity with security or identity and access management industry • Strong ability to motivate your team and drive results • Demonstrated ability to use Salesforce and other tools to manage the business and accurately forecast revenue • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organization skills • A positive can-do attitude • A passion for helping partners grow their businesses • A personal investment in your team’s success • Bachelor’s degree desired
