β’ Kiva Confections is a cannabis-infused edibles company focused on premium ingredient products. β’ The role focuses on sales management, expanding distribution in Tennessee, emphasizing exceptional customer service. β’ Candidates must have strong knowledge of cannabis products and existing retailer relationships. β’ Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and increasing product assortment.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. β’ 5+ years of experience in distributor sales management, or key account management, ideally within the cannabis, beverage, or consumer goods industries. β’ Proven success in developing and executing territory and distributor-level sales strategies. β’ Exceptional relationship-building skills with key accounts and distributor partners. β’ Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and creating distributor incentive programs. β’ Experience in cross-functional collaboration across finance, marketing, and operations teams. β’ Hemp-derived Delta-9 product sales experience is a plus.
β’ Salary plus quarterly bonus. Please note, we consider a number of factors such as internal pay parity, relevant experience/skills, geographic location, etc.
