Description

• All roles at JumpCloud® are Remote unless otherwise specified • JumpCloud® delivers a unified open directory platform to manage identities, devices, and access • IT teams enable secure work from anywhere on multiple platforms • The Pre-Sales Engineering team supports sales functions with technical resources

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Ability to make the complex simple • Comfortable speaking with technical evaluators and IT leaders • Comfortable with public speaking • Desire and ability to learn new complex concepts • Drive to help move prospects through sales process • 2-5+ years experience in technical sales role or equivalent • Strong technical acumen • Strong presentation skills • Knowledge of IT, Cloud, SaaS technologies (preferred) • Understanding of network architecture (preferred) • Knowledgeable in authentication and authorization protocols (preferred) • Familiarity with MDM, RMM, or similar solutions (preferred) • Familiarity with MFA technologies (preferred) • Experience configuring and deploying identity solutions (preferred) • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell preferred) (preferred) • Experience with direct and channel/partner sales cycles (preferred) • Experience with MEDDIC Sales Methodology (preferred)
