Description

• Monitor team inboxes for relevant marketing requests and execute these requests • Create co-branded marketing materials for our agent partners, including, but not limited to: mortgage financing flyers, informational booklets, social media posts • Communicate clearly and concisely when communicating via email with team members, and real estate agents • Utilize Salesforce and other systems to record data and update various reports • Utilize Hubspot for email marketing campaigns • Consolidate data from multiple sources into organized documents and files • Update online profiles and website for the company and manage uploading media and maintaining current information • Assist in the Digital Marketing Program with data collection, aggregation, and correspondence

Requirements

• Capacity to learn and retain a very large quantity of information. • Strong written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment. • Ability to maintain quality of work while working under deadlines. • Must be receptive to ongoing, constructive feedback. • Must be tech-savvy. • Ability to learn and navigate CRM software as well as basic design software. • Must be comfortable with mathematics and calculations.
