• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals. • Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and key opportunities for growth. • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Lead business development efforts to establish and maintain strategic partnerships. • Drive new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and expanding into new markets. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs. • Set up and maintain sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and improve sales performance. • Design and implement a scalable commission structure that incentivizes top performance. • Expertly utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and analyze data. • Continuously optimize CRM workflows and integrations to support the sales process. • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure team members achieve their full potential. • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to sales and customer engagement. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to keep the company ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in sales in both large tech companies and startups • 4 years in a leadership role building and scaling sales teams, driving revenue growth • Proven track record in business development, with a focus on building strategic partnerships and expanding market reach globally. • Deep understanding of sales operations, including pipeline management, metrics, forecasting, and commission models. • Passionate about empowering kids and teens online, with a strong alignment to our company mission. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
