Description

• Seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead sales team and drive revenue growth in SaaS. • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. • Create and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key clients. • Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs. • Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams for alignment. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance. • Develop and manage the sales budget to achieve business objectives. • Utilize HubSpot for CRM management and sales automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team. • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build lasting relationships. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools, particularly HubSpot. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Proficiency in using HubSpot for CRM, sales automation, and analytics. Experience in optimizing HubSpot for sales productivity and insights. • Experience in the Microsoft / M365 ecosystem is a bonus. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies is highly desirable.
