• Mid-Market Account Executive • Full-Time (Exempt) • Fully Remote Position • Preferred Locations: Central Time Zone or Eastern Time Zone • We are K1X. Our technology is used by the nation’s largest institutional investors, funds, and accounting firms to bring long-established solutions that are creating an all-digital K-1 experience. Our goal is to transform the K-1 industry by moving a traditionally PDF-based process to an all-digital experience via our software solutions. Join us as we reshape an entire industry! • As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with mid-sized prospective and current customers. You’ll manage a book of existing clients while also seeking new opportunities within your territory. In this position, you will consult with senior decision-makers in the financial and tax technology sectors to understand their challenges and present solutions.
• Close deals within the mid-market segment, growing revenue and expanding K1X's footprint • Develop expertise in K1X's platform and service offerings • Understand key differentiators and stay updated on the competitive landscape • Build strong relationships and sell consultatively to senior decision-makers within targeted financial and tax technology accounts • Consistently manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, sales activity, and forecast reporting • Collaborate with SDRs and cross-functional teams to develop a targeted territory plan • Engage with marketing and events teams to support revenue goals • Participate in conferences, events, and partnerships as necessary • A quick learner with a technical aptitude to articulate the benefits of K1X’s solutions • Familiarity with the financial services or tax technology industries • Skilled in consultative selling, with a strong understanding of how to position value over features • Proven ability to sell SaaS solutions to mid-market customers, preferably in complex B2B environments • Strong project management and negotiation skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales • Previous experience in the financial, tax, or technology sectors is a plus • Experience selling into mid-market accounts, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas • Experience working in a startup environment is preferred • Proven ability to close deals in competitive markets
