• As the Director of Business Development, proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities • Building authentic relationships with C-suite executives • Maximize revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cross-selling efforts • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to design industry-leading solutions • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving environmental regulations
• A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is required. • A master's degree is preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record in the oil and gas industry. • Strong network and established relationships with senior executives in the oil and gas industry. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. • Strong analytical skills to understand and align with corporate goals and challenges. • Ability to participate in limited travel to customer sites and occasional industry related Conferences or Trade Shows as needed. • Experience in Climatech or related environmental technology sectors (nice to have). • Knowledge of carbon economics and voluntary emissions markets (nice to have). • Familiarity with government policies and regulations related to methane emissions (nice to have). • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (nice to have). • Leadership experience and ability to inspire and guide a sales team (nice to have).
