📋 Description
• You are responsible for the commercial and technical support of our Polish merchants • You implement ideas from our merchants into new features • You are responsible for the optimization of the merchant performance based on our KPIs • You work closely with other functions e.g., Marketplace Controlling • You identify and plan deal offers
🎯 Requirements
• You have a university degree focusing on economics or a commercial apprenticeship • You ideally gain professional experience in the Polish e-commerce sector • You possess a wealth of ideas and distinct communication skills • You are strong in conceptual thinking and have a very good numerical understanding • You are characterized by your proactive attitude, a strong team spirit and you have the desire to improve and to evolve processes • You have very good English and Polish language skills and ideally also have good German language skills
