• We are looking for a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our client's sales efforts across Europe. • You will play a critical role in growing the company's market share within the chemicals sector by fostering strong relationships with key customers and distributors. • This is a remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within Germany, with regular travel to engage clients across Europe. • Promote and expand the company’s product offerings within various industries, including chemicals and manufacturing. • Build and nurture lasting partnerships with key distributors and customers, driving long-term success. • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities and enhance the company’s footprint in Europe. • Collaborate on developing strategic distributor partnerships to optimize market presence. • Travel frequently across Europe, spending approximately 10 days or more per month meeting clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related discipline. • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in sales, specifically within the chemical industry. • Proficiency in multiple regions and countries, with a proven track record of managing complex sales territories. • Strong understanding of the chemical industry and ability to communicate technical product details effectively. • Fluent in English; additional languages such as German or other European languages are advantageous. • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 10+ days per month) and meet with clients across multiple regions. • Proficient in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
