Description

β€’ Our Client is seeking a skilled and innovative chemical engineer to join their dynamic sales team. β€’ The ideal candidate will support the design and development of industrial mixers for chemical processing applications. β€’ The role offers an exciting opportunity to become a lead sales representative and potentially manage a North American department. β€’ Support the design of industrial mixers for processing chemical-based materials (food, pharmaceutical, solders, pastes). β€’ Provide technical support during sales activities and product demonstrations. β€’ Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve customer mixing processes. β€’ Collaborate with both internal and customer teams to ensure project milestones are met. β€’ Manage projects from conception through execution, adhering to timelines and budgets. β€’ Develop and maintain positive business relationships. β€’ Independently present and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. β€’ Reach out to customer leads through direct contact.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (advanced degrees preferred) β€’ Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in chemical engineering sales β€’ Strong project management skills with experience leading engineering projects β€’ Experience in sales activities, product demonstrations, and customer communications β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges β€’ Strong communication skills (written and verbal) β€’ Technical competence in chemical and physical characteristics of viscous products β€’ Sales aptitude and target-driven mindset β€’ Excellent negotiation and presentation skills β€’ Strong organizational and time management abilities β€’ Experience with industrial mixers β€’ Work experience in production environments β€’ Strong leadership and management potential

Benefits
