β’ Our client, a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand, is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Commercialization to drive strategic growth across all customer-facing aspects of the business. β’ This critical leadership role will be instrumental in expanding market presence, innovating product lines, and scaling the business across e-commerce, wholesale, and emerging wellness channels. β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy aligned with company growth objectives. β’ Lead product innovation, identifying new market opportunities beyond core product lines. β’ Oversee and optimize e-commerce operations, including direct website and marketplace channels. β’ Expand wholesale and B2B partnerships in retail and wellness sectors. β’ Drive creative and marketing strategies to maintain market leadership. β’ Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. β’ Build and lead a high-performing team of 15-20 professionals.
β’ 10+ years of leadership experience in product development, e-commerce, sales, and marketing β’ Proven track record of scaling businesses in consumer-facing industries β’ Expertise in direct-to-consumer, Amazon, big box, and wholesale markets β’ Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans β’ Exceptional leadership skills with a collaborative management approach β’ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
β’ Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,00 + Bonus β’ Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401K)
