Description

β€’ Our client, a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand, is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Commercialization to drive strategic growth across all customer-facing aspects of the business. β€’ This critical leadership role will be instrumental in expanding market presence, innovating product lines, and scaling the business across e-commerce, wholesale, and emerging wellness channels. β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy aligned with company growth objectives. β€’ Lead product innovation, identifying new market opportunities beyond core product lines. β€’ Oversee and optimize e-commerce operations, including direct website and marketplace channels. β€’ Expand wholesale and B2B partnerships in retail and wellness sectors. β€’ Drive creative and marketing strategies to maintain market leadership. β€’ Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. β€’ Build and lead a high-performing team of 15-20 professionals.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of leadership experience in product development, e-commerce, sales, and marketing β€’ Proven track record of scaling businesses in consumer-facing industries β€’ Expertise in direct-to-consumer, Amazon, big box, and wholesale markets β€’ Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans β€’ Exceptional leadership skills with a collaborative management approach β€’ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Benefits

β€’ Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,00 + Bonus β€’ Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401K)
