Description

• The National Account Vice President for Producer Group Distribution plays a key role in driving sales growth. • Collaborate with executive teams and support staff to identify high-potential producer relationships. • Lead the charge for maximizing business inside of the “market” of the Account. • Establish excellent relationships with executive teams and decision makers • Work closely with the JH Distribution Leadership Team to identify promising producer relationships. • Innovate to create compelling and inspiring ideas to grow Accounts. • Design and deliver effective sales messages virtually and in-person.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in life insurance sales & distribution and a bachelor’s Degree. • Life Insurance License, Securities Licenses (FINRA Series 6/7, 63/66). • Life Insurance expertise and industry knowledge. • Servant Leadership Mindset – driven, influential, and inspiring person. • Consultative Relationship Management Abilities – Positive track record overcoming customer challenges. • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinker and strategic mindset. • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit. • Frequent travel – up to 50%.
