• We are a fast-growing B-Corp startup that strongly believes every kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. • As our new National Accounts Manager, Foodservice Sales you will be responsible for the development and execution strategy to drive sales of kencko branded products to leading foodservice channel accounts and distributors. • You will source, develop and nurture customer relationships, direct and manage sales brokers and distributors, assess market competitiveness and develop item assortment. • This newly created position is ready for the right “entrepreneurial minded” self-starter to build kencko’s presence in Food Service and Alternate Channels from the ground up!

Requirements

• 5+ years sales/business development, with hands-on experience across all aspects of the selling cycle, within food service wholesale distribution • Extensive experience managing and collaborating with food service brokers and distributors • Highly developed negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with a wide range of influence skills • Expert understanding of the food service industry with an emphasis on national accounts • Direct P&L responsibility • Ability to wear multiple hats and multi-task with relentless attention to detail • Must demonstrate strong ownership and ability to take initiatives in problem solving • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset, manage multiple situations concurrently, and work independently • A passion for our brand and portfolio! • Bachelor’s degree emphasizing Sales or Marketing, or equivalent business experience • Ability to travel as needed.
